Resting 11 mounts in about 12% new French oak barrels, the 2022 Enchantress Chardonnay from SOH sports a medium lemon core with a neon yellow rim. Creamy on the nose with aspects of crushed peaches, creme brulee, toasted almonds, and grilled lemon zest, it produces a lush, rich, and full-bodied finish. It’s a lovely expression of Washington Chardonnay. 365 cases produced.
