The Destein Vineyard Pinot Noir from Talisman is a limited release, with only 50 cases made. This shows pretty aromas of red berry, cherry, dried herb, dark soil, clove, and floral aromas. It is a silky wine, with lots of elegance and delicious berry, spice and cherry flavors. The finish is soft, with some spice and mineral flavors. This is drinking beautifully today and will continue to evolve over the next decade.
