A 100% destemmed Pinot Noir that sees 50% new French oak treatment. Displaying rich aromas of dark cherry, baking spices, a speck of oolong tea, burnt caramel and lifted sandy soils. Beautiful, high acidity, medium tannins and ripe red and black fruits form the backbone of the wine, which ends with a lengthy, saline finish. 375 cases produced.
