One of the more powerful and fruit-forward Pinots coming from the Sojourn lineup. This wine is 100% destemmed and sees 50% new French oak. It is a full bodied wine on the palate with luscious flavors of black cherry, huckleberry, cherry cordial and some tobacco leaf. The nose expresses aromas of wet slate, red and black fruits and boasts some beautiful purple flower petals along with some spiciness from the oak aging. Drink now or age for another decade, this wine has the acidity and backbone to last. 375 cases produced
