A fantastic nose of white spring flowers, underripe pineapple, fresh yellow pear and baking spices dominate. Aging 40% new French oak and going through 80% malolactic fermentation, gives this wine some beautiful body and structure. The mouthfeel is rich, round and full, with flavors of ripe yellow apple, freshly cut pineapple and a touch of dried thyme. 450 cases produced.
