Aged for 9 months in 28% new French Burgundian oak barrels, the 2018 Patz & Hall Chardonnay comes from fifteen different single vineyards. Ripe yellow pear, marzipan paste, grilled citrus, lemony herbs, and a hint of toasted cinnamon form the core of this lovely Chardonnay. Acid is wonderfully balanced, and the bitter herb and lemony finish complete the wine wonderfully.
