The 2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay by Sojourn sees 70% malolactic fermentation and rests in 30% new French oak. Lemon verbena, honeysuckle, dried pineapple, fresh linen, and toasted almond aromas pop from the glass. A medium to full body produces a rich and oily mouthfeel that is fruit-focused with elevated acidity and a dried herbaceous and lengthy finish. 1050 cases produced.
