The 2021 Crossbarn from the Sonoma Coast is fermented with about 10% whole cluster fruit and then aged for nine months on the lees in just 5% new French oak barrels. Paul Hobbs crafts a delicious bottle of Pinot Noir for only $40 a bottle that gifts luscious aromas and flavors of blue raspberry, rhubarb, Christmas spices, and black tea. Tannins are crunchy and sweet, acidity checks in at the medium to high range, while the medium body and decadent finish complete the wine.
