A glistening medium ruby ruby core with a neon pink rim, the 2019 Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir boasts notes of black raspberry, red plum, pine needle forest, dried cedary herbs, and hints of pepper. There is a wonderful forest sap note on the finish that is incredibly interesting. Tannins fall on the medium level while the lemony acidity finishes things off.
