The 2020 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir from Patz & Hall is fermented with 10% whole cluster and is aged in 40% new French oak barrels. Displaying a shimmering medium ruby core with a neon blue rim in the glass, it starts with earthy notes of wet earth and graphite but moves to more fruity components of brandied black cherries, macerated strawberries, and Blood orange zest. Medium-bodied with elegant tannins and a baking-spice finish, this wine will age well for the next 5-8 years.
