Approximately 29% new French oak was used for 9 months of aging on the 2020 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay by Patz & Hall. This wine is a collection of eighteen single-vineyard quality sites that could all be bottled as single-source bottlings. Notes of candied lemon peel, anise seed, white peach, and toasted almonds pop from the glass. Invigorating acidity lends to a long and stone-fruit finish.
