Another stunner of a Chardonnay from Littorai, the 2020 B. A. Thieriot brings superb minerality and focus to the nose, it places you in a trance the moment you bring the glass to your face. Displaying a light lemon color in the glass with a watery rim, it showcases notes of crushed wet slate, dried lemony herbs, and white stone fruits. The acidity is a tad more elevated than the other Chardonnays in the line-up and it finishes strong with a magnificent dried herb and toasted anise aspect on the mid-palate.
