Displaying a lovely medium lemon core in the glass, with fruit coming from the estate vineyard “The Tributary.” It spends 16 months in about 20% new French oak, with one racking and is more rich and decadent on the nose than its siblings, with notes of lemon meringue pie, ripe pineapple, dried herbs, sweet baking spice, apricot skin, and just a touch of clarified butter. The palate brings additional characteristics of dried flower petals and crushed wet stone. A medium mouthfeel, lemony acidity, and a stone-fruit finish complete the wine.
