Aged for 16 months in about 20% new French oak, with one racking and is an absolutely stunning Chardonnay. Hints of lemon curd, Meyer lemon zest, honey-coated pear, tangerine oil, sweet allspice, and just a smooch of tangerine oil to round everything out. Sporting mouthwatering acidity with a full, rich, and round mouthfeel, I love the slightly peppery feeling you get on the back palate. Less than 200 cases produced. Highly recommended.
