The 2021 Day Ranch gifts notes of red and black raspberry, red plum skin, ground light espresso beans, sweet toasted cinnamon, and crushed pink peppercorn. It carries a lovely balance between the rich sweet tannin structure, the lemony acidity, and the medium mouthfeel.
