Magnificent is one word to describe the 2018 Archery Summit Pinot Noir from the Summit vineyard. Fall in love with the intoxicating scents of black cherry, raw baby portabella mushroom, rose stem, sandalwood and a hint of new leather. The palate isn’t as deep and brooding but is just as gorgeous - think of ripe red strawberry, blood orange flesh, sweet baking spices and a touch of black licorice and eucalyptus. Silky, yet present tannins start low but creep up on your leaving you with a full-bodied wine that is kept in balance with the medium plus acidy and bright fruit profile. Highly Recommended.
