The third release of the Evenstad Reserve Brut from Domaine Serene that contains ⅔ Pinot Noir and ⅓ Chardonnay. It spent 38 months on the lees before disgorgement in mid-2020. Notes of dried pineapple, tart green apple, underripe apricot, toasted almond and brioche are all present in the glass. A fine mousse dances on the palate delivering high acidity and a long, tart, mineral finish.
