A luscious blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay it displays a lovely salmon pink color in the glass. Resting for 8 months in barrel and 38 months in tirage, it’s a treat in the glass. I immediately was greeted with notes of freshly sliced watermelon and cherry candy on the nose and palate. The mousse is fine and delicate and dances on the tongue along with some secondary characteristics of baked brioche and white tea. Enjoy this one over the next decade or more.
