Handpicked and pressed whole cluster, it is then moved to neutral French oak barrels for fermentation and aging. Ripe yellow apple, fresh pineapple, and luscious nectarine flavors work well with the hint of white mushroom and herbaceousness of the wine. The mouthfeel is rich and decadent but balanced with the medium-high acidity. Only 280 cases produced.
