Starting off a bit shy on the nose, this old-vine Riesling is aged for 20 months on the lees in stainless steel. Lovely notes of lime zest, lemon curd, dried mountain sage, and a touch of tropical red banana are all present. Racy acidity, a firm structure, and a medium to full body complete this lovely Riesling. This will age well over the next decade or more. 100 cases were made.
