I love the White Rose Pinot Noir lineup, and the 2019 Neo-Classical Objective is another standout amount standouts. Made to be a classic Pinot Noir with 100% whole cluster used during fermentation and just a smidgeon of French new oak, you are gifted wonderful notes of bright red Bing cherry, wild raspberry, forest, and cedary herbs, toasted anise seed, Earl Gray tea, and a hint of pencil shavings to finish it off. Perfect levels of acidity merge with the sweet tannin structure, ending with a long, cherry, and spice finish.
