The 2021 Wichmann is a medium-sweet-styled Riesling from Trisaetum that delivers balanced acidity to counteract the sweetness in the wine. It’s a light lemon color in the glass with a silver rim and gifts notes of grilled citrus, honey-coated apricot, lime zest, and lemony herbs. I love the mouthwatering finish that goes on for minutes.
