TRISAETUM Riesling, Dundee Hills ‘Dry Wichmann Dundee’ 2021

I love how different each of Trisaetum’s Dry Rieslings are on the nose. The 2021 Wichmann delivers a bouquet of jasmine flower, Meyer lemon, dried thyme, and a touch of wet earth. On the palate, notes of fresh apricot skin, lemony herbs, and hints of petrol dance on the tongue. Acidity is elevated but not overpowering. 294 cases were produced.
