DOMAINE DROUHIN Pinot Noir, Dundee ‘Laurène’ 2021

A shimmering medium ruby-purple core with a light purple rim, the 2021 Laurène Pinot Noir sports scandalous aromas of fresh macerated strawberries, cranberry sauce, grapefruit zest, milk chocolate, and black tea. Spicy on the palate with gobs of acidity, fine-grained sweet tannins and tilled earthy notes that hit the back of the palate, this is a well-made wine that I highly recommend. Drink it now or over the next 10 years.
