As with most of my experiences with Ayoub’s wines, you have to give the wine some time in the glass to breath in order to experience the full potential. Beautiful in the glass to look at with a medium neon ruby core and a light purple rim, it boasts notes of red berries, wild huckleberries, mountain herbs, tangerine oil, dusty country road, and forest breeze. Stunningly complex, it’s a balanced and phenomenal wine from Mo Ayoub. Highly recommended. 350 cases were made.
