Aged for 11 months in 20% new French oak barrels, which gives this wine some lovely texture and cinnamon-spiced tone. Grilled lemons, apricot skin, crushed volcanic stone, dried mint, and sweet baking spices are all present and wonderfully combined. The balanced acidity and fruit-forward finish complete a very well-made Chardonnay from the Stoller Family. Only 523 cases produced.
