This stunning 2021 Chardonnay from Résonance comes from the Découverte Vineyard is absolutely delicious. The nose is a bit reserved with saline, crushed wet stone, and honey-coated pear aromas shining through. But the palate is completely opposite - think rich and lush flavors of yellow peach, apricot flesh, grilled citrus, honeysuckle flowers, and sweet cinnamon spice. The finish literally lasts for minutes and keeps you begging to come back for more. Highly recommend and Editor’s Choice.
