Whole-cluster fermented and aged in barrel for four years before bottling the 2018 White Rose Vineyard Pinot Noir showcases a medium garnet core with a brickish rim in the glass. Notes of deep dark cherry, black raspberry, cola, black tea, dried sage, dried grapefruit peel, woodsy spice, and slight gamey tones create a complex and mystical Pinot. Medium sweet tannins and luscious acidity merge with the green peppercorn and blue-fruit-driven finish. Only 76 cases were made. Highly recommended.
