The 2021 Amphora Pinot Noir from White Walnut spends time in Amphora before bottling and is a very limited production for the estate. Wonderfully unique with its display of aromas - think fresh flowers, crushed red raspberries, potpourri, and red plum skin. It floats on the palate effortlessly with perfect levels of acidity and sweet round tannins. It’s ready to drink now or over the next 8-10 years. A small production of 38 cases was made.
