The 2021 Rendering is a collaboration between Alexana Estate and Amlés. Displaying a gorgeous medium ruby to purple core with a lighter purple rim in the glass. Dried hay, thyme, and pink peppercorn notes pop from the glass alongside flavors of blue plum, boysenberries, sour cherries, toasted anise, and orange citrus on the palate. It finishes with an orange citrus and dried herb component that sits nicely on the finish.
