Displaying a shimmering light ruby core with a silvery rim in the glass, the 2021 Elevee Vineyard Pinot Noir saw 11 months in 26% new French oak barrels. Lovely macerated strawberry, dried linen, nutmeg, and black tea tones pop from the glass. It’s silky smooth with no rough edges and finishes with a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel and ample acidity. 300 cases produced.
