The fan-favorite Récolte Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs presents a lovely medium gold-lemon core with a sparkling silver rim in the glass. Yeasty notes pop on the nose alongside shades of apricot flesh, white nectarine, sliced apples, toasted almonds, and white mushrooms. Mousse starts off a bit aggressive, but after a few minutes, it settles down nicely and coats the mid-palate on the finish. Highly recommended.
