Mo Ayoub has another stunner of wine with the 2022 Dundee Hills Chardonnay, and it’s my favorite of the lineup. Bountiful aromas of sliced golden pear, apples, fresh linen, white wildflowers, sea breeze, crushed stones, shades of dried pineapple, and sweet spice pounce from the glass. Fantastic structure and depth throughout, with perfect levels of acidity and a finish that goes on and on. I loved the saline and crushed stone note you get on the mid-palate. 420 cases crafted.
