The 2021 Du Coeur Dundee Hills has fruit coming from a blend of 3 different vineyard sites within the Dundee Hills and spends 9 months in 25% new French oak barrels. Presenting a light to medium shimmering ruby core with a light orange rim it is floral out of the gate with crushed lavender and rose aromas popping from the glass. Sweet Bing cherries, cranberries, toasted herbs, wet earth, and sweet cinnamon spice aromas and flavors meld together wonderfully with the silky smooth tannins and a fruit-spice finish.
