A slightly more complex Pinot Noir from Elizabeth Chambers that spends 11 months in 25% new French oak barrels. The multifaceted nose presents aromas of black plum, green fig, caramel and sweet baking spices. The palate is just as gorgeous with flavors of black raspberry, cassis, mocha and dusty tannins that are absolutely perfect. The finish lasts for days. My favorite of the 2018 line up. Highly recommended.
