Passing Time's Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is fantastic in 2018. As it unwinds in the glass it slowly begins to release pretty aromas of cassis, dark berries and red plums, which are woven together with tobacco, graphite, crushed stones and classic dusty nuances. This is medium to full-bodied and beautifully structured, with fine tannins that tightly wrapping its core. Overall this shows incredible balance, depth and focus. While this is absolutely delicious today with some extended air contact it also possesses the potential to thrive in the cellar for many years to come.
