Grown in the Efeste Estate vineyard in the heart of Red Mountain, this lovely Cabernet Franc opens with aromas of marionberry, black pepper, pencil shavings and a hint of jalapeno. Tannins are chewy but sweet and marry well with the high acidity and full-bodied finish. Keep this for another 2-3 years in the cellar before enjoying to allow the wine to simmer down a bit, and after that, enjoy it over the next 5-6 years.
