Aged for 22 months in 29% new French oak and 21% new American oak barrels. A deep purple and garnet core with a slight light purple rim in the glass, this 100% Red Mountain Malbec is decadent and rich on the palate, with flavors of dark chocolate, brambly fruit, black plum skin, wet tilled earth, mountain sage, and toasted nuts. Wonderfully made and stunning on the finish, this balanced Malbec should age well for the next decade or more. Just 343 cases were made.
