Another scintillating Red Mountain Cabernet from Fidelitas, this one the Blackwood Canyon. Rich, decadent, and creamy on the palate with notes of baked blackberry pie, mountain sagebrush, black plum skin, tobacco leaf, and cedary herbs. Grippy tannins and mouthwatering acidity help balance the wine. Very young, so give it a few years or a heavy decant before enjoying.
