A blend of 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Semillon from 30+ year-old vines make up the 2021 Optu White Wine by Fidelitas. Lovely notes of honey-coated pear, honeysuckle flower, sweet baking spice, toasted walnut shell, and grilled lemon are all present in the glass. Rich, and lush with ample amounts of tension, Washington white wines just keep getting better and better, and Fidelitas knocked it out of the park with this one. 576 cases were made.
