Resting on 17% new French oak for a period of 22 months, this is a delectable salty, meaty, earthy, and black-olive-tinged wine that is really delicious. Black cherry and mountain blueberry fruited on the palate to start but quickly moves to that salted bacon flavor that I adore from Washington Syrahs.
