A mélange of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Petit Verdot the 2020 Plenipotentiary Cabernet rests on 71% new French oak for a total of 22 months. A translucent deep ruby core with a fluorescent pink rim, it’s a more polished and rounded Cabernet than its siblings. All of the Red Mountain aromas are here - mountain sagebrush, black olives, toasted walnuts, crushed blackberries, powdered graphite, and earth.
