Aged in all neutral Acacia and French oak puncheons, it displays a medium lemon-gold core with a silvery rim in the glass. Notes of ripe apple, green pear, jasmine flower, and dried tropical fruit are everpresent. Intense acidity, a medium-bodied mouthfeel, and a lovely lanolin-tinted finish complete the wine. 784 cases produced.
