One of the esteemed vineyards for Bordeaux varietals, the Stagecoach Vineyard also grows some excellent Zinfandel, as Robert Biale had their 'Biale Block' planted there in 1999. The smoky aromatics begin to draw you in, as they are immediately followed by black fruits and red fruits that complete the bouquet. There is just a marvelous sense of terroir, combined with concentrated flavors of black tea, crushed mint, wet stone and blackberry cordial. Downright delicious, this is a absolutely stunning wine from Robert Biale.
