My favorite of the Brick & Mortar Sparkling Wines is the 2018 Rose Blockhouse Vineyard, which is comprised of 55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay. A beautiful display in the glass of a light pinkish core with a watery rim, the mousse is elegant and refined. White nectarine, red cherries, dried herbs, and croissant characteristics are all present. It finishes with a raspberry and herbaceous note on the back palate.
