The 2014 Darioush Napa Valley Merlot is a wonderful blend of 84% Merlot, 10% Cabernet, 3% Malbec and 2% Petit Verdot. Sourced from a host of vineyards from Mt. Veeder and the Napa Valley floor, this is outstanding wine begins with a bouquet of crème de cassis, anise and mocha which soar from the glass. The luxurious mouthfeel impresses and beautifully coats the mid-palate with flavors of mocha, tar, crème de cassis, anise and Black Forest cake.
