This Pinot Noir from Talisman comes from the Rancho Estrella Vineyard, whch is situated at 600 feet elevation in Napa Valley. It has classic Pinot Noir aromatics, with beautiful nuances of dark cherries, strawberry, earth, savory herbs and dried spice, which jump form the glass. This displays lovely elegance and balance, with soft tannins making for a lovely mouth feel. Light to medium bodied, this is fantastic today and will evolve gracefully over the next decade. Only 46 cases made.
