The scintillating 2020 Rockgarden Estate Cabernet from The Walls is made up of 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Cabernet Franc. Stunning aromas of freshly sliced black plum, cassis, dried mountain sage, sweet tobacco, and toasted anise spill from the glass. Full-bodied across the palate, the lush acidity and medium-sweet tannins frame the core of the wine while finishing with a fresh mint and black pepper note on the back palate. A small production of only 50 cases was produced. Highly recommended and Editor’s Choice.
