RoseRock Pinot Noir, Eola-Amity Hills ‘Zéphrine’ 2021

The RoseRock wines from Domain Drouhin have always been my favorites of the lineup, probably because I love the wines from the Eola-Amity hills. Displaying a shimmering light purple core with a bluish rim in the glass, this undoubtedly enchanting wine explodes with notes of fresh blueberries, red plum skin, toasted anise seed, milk chocolate, Earl Gray tea, whole pink peppercorn, and chalky minerality. Incredibly elegant and smooth on the palate, it’s a wine that takes hold of your attention and doesn’t let go. Highly recommended and editor’s choice.
