The 2021 Estate Pinot Noir from Bethel Heights punches way above its weight class. Aged for 8 months in 24% new French oak barrels, it presents a lovely medium ruby core with a pink rim, Mouthwatering aromas and flavors of fresh strawberry, black tea, and violet flowers present upfront with shades of ground baking spice sliding in on the finish. Sweet tannins and medium-high acidity complete the wine. 5262 cases made.
